    Hi WordPress Community,

    I’m encountering an issue where I’m unable to update pages on my WordPress website. I keep getting the error message ‘Updating Failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.’

    I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    * Checked Permalink Settings:
    * Deactivated Plugins: I’ve deactivated all plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.
    * Switched Themes
    * Cleared Browser Cache and Cookies:
    * Updated WordPress Core, Plugins, and Themes

    Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

    Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    The site you’ve mentioned seems like not hosted with WordPress.com.

    For this problem, I think it is more likely a hosting issue. Maybe a firewall or 403 forbidden error. I suggest you take a look at your web host’s error logs.

    The easiest way is to reinstall the WordPress.
