‘Updating failed. You are probably offline’. PLEASE HELPPP

  I have been trying to edit and update my site but every single time I get this issue.
  I even tested by disabling plugins and then again the same error occurred. I have latest WordPress. This is getting so frustrating. Please if someone can help me with this.
