Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com; it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
So, you’ll log in to it through http://boblitwin.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/

I still need to update Word Press.
How do I do that without being the administrator. Is that done through GoDaddy? -
If you don’t recall the username or password for that WordPress.org site, there are some options for you at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
