Updating localhost database with remote server database.

  I’d like to be able to see the latest posts on my local WordPress, but the last one that appears is from the first time I connected WordPress to my localhost. How do I connect/pull down the most recent data inputted on our live/production WordPress website onto my localhost?

  If you need a copy of your WordPress.com site’s content, you can do an export:
