    I would like to speak to someone personally to help me start renovating my site. I believe I paid something like $100 a few years ago for what I thought was going to be advice, but never connected with anyone.

    we do not offer site setup sessions currently. We did have them in the part but that but it is no longer a program that we offer. I’ve checked your purchase history and did not see that you had purchased one of these “quick start” sessions the past: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    If I can ask, what are you looking to refresh about your site? I see that it is using an older theme and set up as a traditional blog. You are looking to change the design of your site to be more current? Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate? Is there specific functionality you are looking to add that you do not have now?
