Updating my web site and hopefully making it more manageable

My site is really all over the place. I don’t think that it has been updated properly also there are a lot of old widgets. I would like to update it personally and make it (personally) manageable. However I think even getting it back to that point, I think I will need some kind of help. Web site is http://www.worthy-magazine.com

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
