Updating name servers

The domain (ricehoppers.net) is registered in WordPress.com. I used this in a self-hosted site but the domain was mapped to WordPress. Wild West Domains, the registrar, advised that I just need to log in to my WordPress.com account to update the name servers. Here’s what I did:
1) Tried to map ricehoppers.net to ricehopper.wordpress.com but it says that ricehoppers.net is already mapped to a wordpress.com account. I wrote in another thread asking if that can be unmapped so it can be mapped to the right blog.
2) I validated the domain in the Domain Helper and as in #1, it says that the domain was mapped to a self-hosted site.
3) I contacted my webhost (JustHost) again and their tech support wrote: “If the domain is registered with wordpress, then you will have to contact their support as we do not have any control over it. We can provide support only if the domain is registered with us.”
Will appreciate your help to update the name servers from NS1.PIPEDNS.COM, NS2.PIPEDNS.COM, NS3.PIPEDNS.COM to ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com, ns3.wordpress.com.

If you have your domain registered with WordPress.com you can change the name servers by following the steps here

zedvideo, thanks but I still have not succeeded in updating the name servers for ricehoppers.net. I followed the instructions in the link, even cleared my cookies and cache, to no avail. Ricehoppers is my main site and I need help soon.
