Updating nameservers

  I’m trying to update the nameservers for my domain zehrarisale.com. The domain is currently hosted with GreenGeeks, and I would like to point it to their servers by updating the nameservers to the following:

  ns1.greengeeks.net

  ns2.greengeeks.net

  However, my domain is currently parked, and I am unable to access the standard wp admin dashboard to make this change myself.

  Wordpress.com only allows you to make these changes through the wp admin (which I cannot access). What am I supposed to do?

  It appears that your domain expired 8 days ago. You can still renew your domain by following the steps provided here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/renew-a-domain/#renew-a-domain-manually
  
  Once renewed, you can update the name servers from your dashboard. You can refer to this support document for guidance: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/change-name-servers/#step-2-add-third-party-name-servers
  
  It can take up to 72 hours for the changes you make to your DNS to be fully active, but you may see the changes take effect much sooner.

  @kaichicha Thanks a lot for repyling. However, I don’t see my domain when I click on the link you provided. I just see an empty page. But when I click on sites I do see my blog there…

  @kaichicha Thanks but the link you sent me takes me to Purchases section. In the Active Upgrades, it’s just an empty page saying “looking to upgrade?”. My website is not listed there.
