Updating or Removing a Support forum post.

    My mother in law needs to update/remove a post that she made in the support forums. I created an account here in effort to helper her figure out how to remove or update the post, but I have been unable to help her so far. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Extremely helpful. Actually, not at all. My mother in law didn’t realize the support post was a public post. She put her phone number in the post and wants it removed. I don’t need to be told to be careful what I post publicly, but thanks for taking the time to direct my attention to the obvious, while providing me no valuable information whatsoever. Much appreciated. I’ll be sure to pass your message along to my mother in law. I’m sure she’ll be thrilled…

    Is the thread still open? If yes then all she has to do is type two separate tags into the sidebar on that thread
    modlook
    remove phone number
    and Staff will take care of this.

    If the thread has been closed then she can email Staff at
    help@wordpress.com
    provide the thread URL and they will take care of it.
