  Hey there, do you want to update the payment info for upgrades? If so you can do that here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Click on an upgrade, click Change Payment Method, and you’ll be able to enter new details there.

  Do note you’ll need to be logged in with the account that owns the upgrade, though. I don’t see upgrades on this account.
