Updating payment for storage

We had an updated storage amount that was charged annually. Our church credit card was hacked and we cancelled it. I forgot to update the info here, and so our last charge was obviously not made.
I updated the credit card info on our account, but how do I get someone at wordpress to check this out and get our storage space back up and running. We’ve been reset to a previous storage amount and keep getting a “storage full” message.
Anyway to contact a live person and get help with this?

The standalone storage upgrade was discontinued quite a while ago. You’d need to upgrade your plan now to increase storage. Usually legacy upgrades can only continue to be renewed if they aren’t let to expire. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

As @themagicrobot explained, this upgrade is not available anymore. However, since you were using it for a few years already, I have added it to your site so you can renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
