Updating payment info

Hi there, I received an email saying my credit card is going to expire but when I click on the link it just takes me to a page to upgrade and I don’t see any kind of options for just renewing.

I have also tag a WordPress employee as we can’t see billing info for you.

thanks – that took me into my profile & accounts settings and billing history etc. My problem is that it is a website for a non-profit, someone else used to manage the page and pay for it and now it will be my job. Clicking on that link and even on the website it only lets me manage my personal wordpress page (which I don’t even want). It has no billing history at all and I cannot access the non-profit page that I want.

You can only see the option to renew your subscription info when you are the owner who initially paid for the upgrade under the account. You will need to contact the current owner and have him/her update the cc info and pay for the site.
