Hi,
I have a wordpress site in development and if i buy premium pack now (for which i pay an anual fee) and within a month or two while in the subscription period if i want to upgrade to business pack do i have to pay the full amount of business plan or the difference of what i had already paid for the rest of the months. Please help me understand this

Hi @shahnazillyas,

If you are still in the subscription period and decide to upgrade your plan you will get an upgrade discount. You will pay the difference between the two plans and a new 1 year subscription period will start.

Hello @shahnazillyas,

Yes, you can switch between plans that’s not a problem. If you purchase a plan and then decide to upgrade later on, you would only pay the difference between the two plans — this will be reflected in your cart if you add a higher plan after upgrading.

I am following up on the modlook tag. I can confirm that you only pay the difference between the 2 plans when you upgrade. It is also worth noting that you can upgrade or downgrade at any point.
