Updating plugins

    I have been in contact with Divi on how to resize an embedded link from canva. However, some features aren’t showing under jetpack. They say I need to update my plugins but there is no button under Dashboard to say plugins. Please could you help?

    Hi @viennajeavons! Apologies for not seeing this sooner.

    Right now your role is set to Editor, which wouldn’t give you administrative control over plugins. Are you able to log out and log back in as an administrator? Preferably the one who owns the plugins, too, as that will give you direct access to support if you need it.

    Once you’re in an administrator account, you should be able to see the plugins and update them as needed.
