Updating Post without it Reposting
-
I need to rearrange some posts to another category. I just need to make sure when I do this and then update that the post won’t repost? How can I do this? I read something about the ‘quick edit’ but I’m afraid the entire post will repost. Will it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Editing posts and adding or removing categories will not chnage the order display an no updates of theme will be sent to followers.

re: editing a published post
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
http://daerickson.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased any upgrades for it go to Dashboard > Posts > All Posts and hover over the title of the Post, then click the Edit link.
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/wp-admin/edit.php
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
http://daerickson.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
Remove the content you don’t want or add what you do want and click the Update link in the Publish module.
