Updating posts

  Hello, I’m often editing my posts and can update a post several times (I’m working with images). I know my followers don’t get an email everytime I update, but will they see the same picture 10 times when I have updated it 10 times? Is there any way to update without showing it?   Hi!

  You’re right—they won’t get an e-mail when you update it. They won’t see it a second time in their Reader, assuming you don’t change the published date/time. If you changed that to the current moment, then they would possibly see it a second time in their Reader, if they had seen it before, then came back.

  In either case, your post will only display once in our Reader.

  Hello,
  I have lots of revisions I would like to delete (I have unfortunately changed dates of my posts many times), can you help me? I know where to go and I can see that i can compare and restore revisions, but how do I delete them? The “delete”button doesn’t seem to work here. Maybe I can’t delete them?

  Hi,

  The revisions can’t be manually deleted, but we only keep the last 25 revisions. No one will see them except you! :-)
