Updating services button missing.

  Hi,
  I wanted to add a ping list to my blog, and found that I had to add this list in the writing section at ‘Updating services’. Now it seems I don’t have the ‘Updating Services’ button in my writing section…..I was wondering how/when/why and how I can assure I can use the ping list to increase my blog exposure. Thanks in advance.

  There is no spot you can do this on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. WordPress.com pings all the major search engines automatically through pingomatic every time you publish or edit.
