Updating site www.eastcentral.org.au

hello wordpress. I am the webmaster for http://www.eastcentral.org.au I am having great difficulty to update the site (especially to 3.9.1) and I cannot update my themes or my plugins. I also have realised that my contact forms have disappeared from the site and therefore, cannot receive responses from users. I have tried virtually everything but have no success. Is there anyone that can help me or is there anyone I can speak to in order to sort this out? I cannot even upload any documents in the posts either. I am rather frustrated and I am hoping you can find someone to assist. Kind regards, Andrew. ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
