Updating Sub-Menu text and/or background color

    On the website, the menu bar is red with white text, which looks fine on a computer. However, on a mobile device, it switched to the top word ‘MENU’ in reddish text on a red background and then the drop-down menu is white text on a white background. I looked around the theme setting options but didn’t see anything to update those separately so I’m guessing it needs to be custom CSS. Any suggestions on how to configure it so that on a mobile device it shows the word ‘MENU’ in white text on the main menu and then when the drop-down opens it is red text on the white background?
