updating the dns nameserver

  hi im not sure if im in the right place but i need help updating the dns nameserver for my site. i have contacted the domain registrar for help in this matter but they informed me because i have a blog with wordpress i would have to contact wordpress instead to do it. i looked in the wordpress support section but am unable to find domain administration to make changes to dns. can anyone help me with this or even give me a email where i could contact wordpress directly. thanks for your time

  If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

  I don’t see Domain Administration anywhere in Setting -> Domains. How do I login to the Domain Manager?
