Updating Theme – Help!

    Hi, I can’t edit anything when i go into “customize” as the sidebar on the left is greyed out.

    I’m guessing it’s because I need to update the Theme.

    I am conscious of updating it as I am unsure if somebody has inserted Custom Code into the site.

    I have saved a copy of the theme zip using WP File Manager.

    I am using the Rosa theme – I am hesitant in updating the theme in case I lose any custom coding that has previously been done.

    The website is bohobrideboutique.co.uk.

    If someone could please advise that would be great,

    Hi Luke,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.

    For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
