Updating Themes

    I would like to update my themes, however it mentions how if there are any customizations to the themes it will get lost, how can I know if there were any customizations done? Our site was created by someone before me so I am not sure.

    The only site I see on your @lsucsu5 WordPress.com account when I check on our end is a “free” site that does have the option to upload themes/plugins. https://lsucsudhorg.wordpress.com/

    Our free sites would not display this kind of message so is it possible you created your site under another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
