Updating to PayPal Pro, will it work with my wordpress?

    I am in need of updating my wordpress site from a few PayPal buttons to a PayPal Pro account. I am unsure if updating to PayPal Pro will still allow me to use my wordpress site. I do not want to update and pay extra money to PayPal if wordpress will not be compatible. Thoughts?

    Hi there,

    From my understanding, PayPal Pro allows you to accept payments directly on your site instead of having to send customers over to PayPal in order to complete the transaction.

    If that is the case, then no, WordPress.com will not be able to support PayPal Pro. Our system is not designed for that level of security on the front end, nor for the kind of coding which would be required in order for it to work.
