Updating Website

Hi, ever since I changed my domain from jennellepraxis.com to munichtherapy.com I have not been able to update the changes I make to my website through your wordpress editing site. Do you know what is wrong?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @jennellecoaching, that site is not using Jetpack, so you wouldn’t be able to use wordpress.com/post with it.
If you’ll connect Jetpack you should have access.

Thank you so much @supernovia, I got the plugin Jetpack (free version) now and linked it to the site, however it hasn’t helped anything in terms of allowing me to edit. The same red banner pops up “Updating failed.”

Also, sorry for the miscommunication, but it’s NOT my blog, jennellecoaching.wordpress.com that I need help with. It’s my website: http://www.munichtherapy.com that I’m not able to update. Thanks @supernovia!

Hi there,
What are you trying to update? Can you please provide the exact steps you’re following that leads to that error?
Please check if clearing your browser cache and disabling all browser add-ons make any difference. Also try logging in in incognito mode, or try a different browser, to rule that out as a cause.

thanks for your reply. These are the steps:
– I go to pages
– Choose a page that I want to edit and hit edit
– Edit the page
– Hit update and get the error “Updating failed”.I have tried 3 different browsers, deleted the cache in all of them and no cache plugins are listed under plugins.
The error arose after I linked my account to a new domain name, from “jennellepraxis.com” to “munichtherapy.com”.
