Updating Website error

hi! i am having issues updating my site in all ways. If i try to edit through the WP editor, it says page updated though when i refresh the page the changes i made are not there. Next, if i go into the ‘customize’ option from the site after hitting publish it says ‘Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.’. If i try to edit through the elementor plugin it stays loading and gives me the service error 400. I have tried many things to fix it like, clearing my chache, contacting my host provider, removing the plugins, etc. thank you for the help :)
