Updating with search engines

  If i add or remove tags will search engines re-read the post or do i have to remove a word, save, and then add the word back and save.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just make the changes – when all done – click “Update” and the next time a search engine stops by it will update their info – no need to be subtle or do things in steps
