updraft backup problem

  Hi I keep on having a problem with updraft, I am not sure if I can ask in this support, but iit would be great if you could help me, perhaps there is something wrong with my WP,

  otherwise do you have a suggestion?

  The problem is that the backup never happens. It keeps on crashing/failing. I tried already for different days and dozens of times. Any idea or help? Thank you
