Updraft backups without access to Admin Panel?

  My site has crashed after I installed a plugin that deleted many critical files. I have Updraft (Free) and need to attempt a restore without having access to my WordPress Admin Panel. Is this possible?

  You’re asking for help in the WordPress.com support forums where staff can only assist with sites hosted here. Your site is hosted by TuCows/Siteground and will be using the WordPress.org software. The two similar-sounding platforms operate differently and you need to ask for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/
