Updraft Not Working (On Scheduled Backup)

Hello I’m Danica,
We are testing out updraft backup on wordpress.
It works well when we are backing up directly from the dashboard. Unfortunately, the scheduled back up doesn’t seem to work.
We have set up last Friday (Philippines Time) back up schedule on Updraft with these conditions:
Files backup schedule:
Daily starting from next time it is 17:30 and retain this many scheduled backups: 3
For backups older than 2 days keep no more than 1 backup every 2 days.
Yet, upon checking today (Monday) no back up was ran The backup only starts loading after we have logged in on our account.
Is there something wrong with our configurations?
Actually, I cannot contact the support team of Updraft because my boss bought the updraft premium (which was out of the country now) but didn’t provide us account details.
I hope someone here could help us. Thank you.
