  I am trying to add Updraft Plus to my free WordPress blog. Do I need to upgrade to a paid plan first

  1. You can’t install third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
  2. You don’t need Updraft Plus as wordpress.com handles backups of sites internally.
