Upgradding to premium

  To whom it may concern,

  I am trying to upgrade my account to a premium account so that I can use a purchased plugin and use it on the domain I own.

  When I try to purchase via paypal I get this issue:
  {‘error’:10486,’message’:’This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.’}

  I have tried logging in directly to my paypal account to complete the payment to no avail.

  Please advise how I can complete the upgrade and get started with the uploading of my plugin.

  Hello,
  Plugins can’t be installed on a WordPress.com hosted site even with a Premium account, but a lot of plug-in functionality is already built in: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you really need the plugin, consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress. That involves registering a domain, buying hosting, and setting up a site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
