  I am trying to transfer over this blog to my own hosting. I have done this previously with no problems with another blog but it allowed me to export the posts. The blog I am transferring now seems to have an older dashboard. How do I upgrade the version of WordPress so I can export the post. Currently this blog is hosted on WordPress.
