  I purchased the domain upgrade yesterday but would like to get the WordPress premium upgrade that includes the domain upgrade. I would like to get credit for the $13 or get a refund or work it so I get some credit if possible.

  No problem. Since you decided to do this so soon thereafter your domain purchase, I can help with that. If you make the purchase of the Premium upgrade, please notify me at your earliest convenience, and I will refund $13 to your credit card.
