  I ‘d like to know if it is possible to create “users” that have username and password to access to personal account and admin, reflected on the site with “ads” they have created.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible here at WordPress.COM. And, no blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.COM blogs.

  None of the WordPress.COM plans allow for a fully fledged membership by registration site, including being able to provide usernames and passwords. That’s best done by hiring a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and setting up a WordPress.ORG install. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
