I tried to contact you, but I can’t find a specific place to talk about billing.
I don’t know whats happen and need your help to solve, because I tried to use your trial plan, but I canceled one day later, because we decided not use your tool.
But I got my credit card invoice now and you charged me U$ 99.
Please, I need your help to check it and cancel this charge asap.

I checked your account, and we already cancelled and refunded that WordPress.com Premium plan for you earlier today. Please note that it may take up to a week for this refund to appear on your bank statement.

I have the similar issues and I just contacted the staff. I was shocked this morning waking up to a bill from you guys costing £85!
I have canceled the upgrade, but it does not appear to have any indication of the refund, and I had no idea of the auto-renewal thingy.
The blog I need help with is dingwanguk. Please help me out here, I am really confused and frustrated.
