  Hello, I was thinking about upgrading my wordpress account, but I wanted to get some answers first.
  Ok, if I upgrade it from the plan “Free” to “Premium”, do I get a new domain, with the name I want, or do I have to extra pay for it?
  Second, I wanted the “BLOG AT WORDPRESS.COM. THE LOVECRAFT THEME”, at the bottom of the page, such as the “Follow” button, to disappear. Does it happens in Premium?
  And last, in the Premium plan, can I get things to make money with my site, like advertising?
