  I upgraded to premium and I have to pay to change the name? That is what the prompt says. Can’t find customer service anywhere.

  A custom domain is included in a Premium Plan. You don’t have to pay anything else.
  As a Premium user you can get support directly by email here https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/.
