  I just upgraded my account and purchased a domain name and was charged $68 dollars. I received an email to verify the email address and I did. I also received an email that I have signed up for google apps – when I try to log in, I am unable. My account still says ‘free’ and to ‘upgrade now.’ Does it not happen immediately?
