  I just want to clarify that if I need to add storage space, then I need to pay the upgrade to Premium per year (the alternative linking to YouTube etc is not an option for me) because upgrading to the $24 register option will not give me any additional storage space..is that correct? thanks Tracey

  Hi Tracey,

  You’re correct. For additional storage, you will need to subscribe to the Premium plan. That will get you 10GB of extra storage (for a total of 13GB), plus a host of other useful features!

  I am not sure what the $24 register option is for, but I am guessing it’s for purchasing a new domain for your blog. If you purchase a domain say abc.xyz, your blog address will change to abc.xyz instead of wherearethekeans.wordpress.com.

  Thank you for your prompt reply. Just quickly,
  1. will all of the information currently in our log be transferred over exactly as it is without my having to do anything.
  2. Do I continue to use the same process to upload photos (and with the premium plan videos as well) after I upgrade to the Premium plan?
  3. Am I able to print off all of the blog posts in like a booklet format at the end of our travels?
  4. If I can’t print off the entire blog posts in some order, am I able to print off any of the blog features I.e photos, narration etc?

  1. Yes, all information will move over automatically to the new plan without you having to do it. Everything that’s already present will stay, plus you will get many additional features.

  2. Yes, everything that you do currently will remain the same.

  3. I am not sure of this feature. If this is something you were already able to do, you will continue to be able to do this. I have flagged this for Staff’s attention, and they will be able to clarify further on this.

  4. Yes, you should be able to this, depending on the theme you’re using. I am not 100% sure, and this is again something that Staff can clarify.
