  I want to upgrade my account. Currently, my site address is tarahscott.wordpress.com. If I upgrade to the premium service. Can you tell me how I move from the wordpress.com address to a custom address?

  Hey there Tarah,

  Once you purchase your upgrade and create your custom address, you just need to make sure that you have the custom address (domain) set as your primary.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  1) Head on over to:

  https://wordpress.com/domains

  2) Select your site if you have more than one.

  Listed, you should see your new custom address and tarahscott.wordpress.com

  3) Click the link “Change Primary” and make sure that your new custom address (domain) is selected.

  That’s all!

  Now, people will be able to access your site by visiting your new custom domain.
