  I have paid £85, received a receipt in my email, yet my account still says free and won’t let me link a domain i already own…..

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and there is no domain upgrade associated with it. Can you provide me the domain name? I would like to see if I can find the subscription in our system. If it is, I take that it is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. if you happen to have a different account, try logging in and checking to see if the domain is under it.

  I only have one wordpress account.
  The only account it could be is lokovec201.wordpress.com.
  the domain is lokovec201.com, which i own.
  I have opened a dispute case with paypal.

  Hey there,

  Yeah, that domain is not registered with us and the transaction code provided didn’t pull up anything on our end. I checked the Whois data and saw that it was already registered elsewhere. Did you just register the site with a different host?

  I know this already. I own that domain. That is not the issue. I paid to upgrade the account so I can Link the existing domain….

  yet it does not show on my account. The domain has nothing to do with the simple account upgrade.

  I checked the charge under your name and nothing pulled up. Let me know what PayPal says. Depending on what they say, I can look further into the issue if I have more information.

  I’ll most likely see if you can email me the receipt if Paypal finds that the transaction went through on our end.
