  I’m trying to upgrade and I’ve gone through the steps twice and its not working. Also, I wanted to install a FloTheme, theme but when I look at their instructions it doesn’t match what I see on this site.

  If you start from here https://wordpress.com/pricing/ where is it not allowing you to move forward?

  You aren’t able to install themes here. You are only able to select a theme from the Theme Showcase. https://theme.wordpress.com/
