My site arriforia.com has expired 2 months ago. Can i make upgrade now and find all the contents that i have again? Or i have lost the content?

The content is never lost. The site just reverts to the underlying .wordpress.com URLs after the redemption period is gone.

There is no domain mapping upgrade for arriforia.com and it has not been registered by anyone else yet. You can purchase it again.
You need to purchase a WordPress.com domain mapping upgrade after you choose a WordPress.COM plan so you can map to an existing domain from the .wordpress.com blog address.
