  I want to upgrade, but when I enter my postal code it states that that is not a valid postal code. But that is my postal code, and the way postal codes in The Netherlands are written. I cannot continue the purchase now.

  Did you try using a space between the numbers and letters? If so, did you try it without the space? If neither work, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread and a staff member will be around to assist.
