Upgrade

    If i upgrade my site is name-wordpress.com automatically amended so it losses the wordpress and becomes name.com ? if not how do you remove wordpress from the domain name ?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It won’t automatically be removed when you upgrade, but you will be given the change to purchase a new domain name that won’t have “wordpress.com” in it. For example, if you currently use lawrag.wordpress.com and want lawrag.com, you would be able to select that as long as someone else isn’t already using it.
