  I want to know, If I upgrade to personal plan, i have many students see my blog, but they are not followers, will the change of the link address will effect the link they have previously?
  and may i know more about the live chat feature with live email?

  Hi there,

  I’m sure even after the upgrade, you can still access your blog at your current URL (even if you’ve mapped it to a new domain like arabichk.com).

  For example, Liz has her blog at http://lizkarkoski.wordpress.com
  She upgrades to a better plan and maps http://liz.blog to her old address.
  Now the site can be accessed at both the places –
  1) lizkarkoski.wordpress.com
  2) liz.blog
