  Hello, I would like to upgrade to the business plan and I have a coupon for a discount, but in the cart I cannot find a place to insert the offer code. What should I do? Thanks, Lloyd

  First go to this url:
  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  On the Business plan, click the blue Upgrade button. On the screen you’re now taken to, notice that at the far left of the screen there is some text that mentions the total price. Click the link underneath, where it says Have a coupon code?

  I see you’ve already purchased the Business Plan, so you’ve probably realised the coupon code is invalid. We don’t as a rule issue promotional discount coupons, and most coupons you’ll find online are either long-expired, or were never issued by us to start with.
