  I have already shared my free wordpress weblink with others. I am now ready to upgrade and I want to know if the former free wordpress weblink will work once I upgrade? The domain name will stay the same, minus the wordpress (for example, if someone clicks on the free weblink because that’s the link that they have, will it automatically go to the upgraded account?).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Even if you upgrade to a paid plan and set your new custom domain as a primary domain, the free WordPress address is still active and get redirected to your new custom domain automatically. Therefore, the people who you shared your free WordPress address with can access to your site without any problem.

  Thank you so much! This is exactly what I wanted know. For some reason, I wasn’t finding this answer in the support sections. The wording is not clear in a lot of the wordpress instructions.
