Ciao – Have played a bit creating a privat blog with wordpress and learned a lot. However, the free Version do not provide more functions I have learned and want to use. Would like to upgrade to Premium. Only questions:
– does it stay the same as it was, hosted by wordpress?
– later I want to use a unique Domain Name, can I be hosted with more sites, later 2 or 3 different
– do I Need to download and install the wordpress Software by myself, or is it already available at the wordpress host, when I upgrade to premium?That´s it, many thanks for a Brief Reply

does it stay the same as it was, hosted by WordPress?All the Websites on WordPress.com are hosted on Self-Servers of WordPress.com , have a look here Plans , all plans are self hosted.

Each Plan gives you a Credit for 1 single Custom Domain or Domain mapping, you can read about it here Premium Plan
For one plan you can use 1 domain.
But, if you would like to use Multiple domains for the same site you can do that as well with a basic cost, take a look at this document.
