  Hello!
  I was wondering the following – if I now upgrade to the Personal package and in two months I decide to upgrade to Premium, is that possible? And if yes, do I just have to pay the different in price between the annual price of the premium – the annul price of the personal plan?

  Yes! If and when you upgrade from Personal to Premium or from Premium to Business you pay the difference between the two plans https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-mapping-almost-impossible-to-understand-how-it-works?replies=4#post-2874012

  If you have a site with a custom domain and then upgrade to a plan, you’ll receive an automatic discount for the domain, but you will need to buy the plan using the same username account that already owns the domain.
